Quiet Swedish town. Widowed Ove is reaching the sixties. After the death of his beloved wife, life lost its meaning. Day by day, the hero is increasingly plunged into depression and suicidal thoughts.

Wspaniały film, pełen empatii, głęboko ludzki.Dla nastolatków i dziadków.Polecam!
Polecam z calego serca. Uśmiałam się jak norka, popłakałam się kilka razy, wyszłam usmiechnięta i natchniona. Film nie jest może epokowy, większość "zwrotów akcji" jest do przewidzenia, ale wszystko jest skonstruowane z takim wyczuciem, poczuciem humoru i klasą, że nie mogłam wyjść z podziwu, jak ci Szwedzi potrafią obserwować ludzi.
Bardzo często jestem w kinie. Myślę, że jest to częściej niż raz w tygodniu. I śmiało mogę powiedzieć, że to najpiękniejszy film jaki widziałem w tym roku. Jeśli film i bawi, i to tak na prawdę mądrze, i wzrusza prawdziwie, to czego więcej trzeba, aby każdy fan dobrego kina był usatysfakcjonowany. Polecam gorąco!!!
